Cancellation Policy

Beamclicks Terms & Conditions By submitting payment to Beamclicks, including a reservation deposit or full balance, Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms under California law. 1. Reservation & Payment A non-refundable $100 deposit secures the event date. The remaining balance is due fourteen (14) days before the event. Events booked within fourteen (14) days require full payment at booking. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit. 2. Cancellation Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days before the event may be eligible for a refund of payments made, excluding the deposit. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability and written approval. 3. Setup Requirements & Client Responsibility Client must provide: A minimum 10 ft x 10 ft clear, level setup area A grounded outlet within 15 feet of setup A safe, indoor or protected location unless agreed otherwise Client is responsible for guest conduct and supervision of minors. Beamclicks may refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe or requirements are unmet. 4. Assumption of Risk Photo booth and 360 experiences involve inherent risks. Beamclicks is not liable for injuries or damages from moving equipment (including the 360 arm), tripping hazards, guest misconduct, intoxication, or failure to follow instructions. Participation is at guests’ own risk. Client is responsible for damage caused by guests. 5. Internet & A.I. Disclaimer Digital sharing and A.I. enhancements require stable internet. Venue WiFi is Client’s responsibility. Beamclicks does not guarantee internet speed or reliability. If A.I. effects cannot be provided due to insufficient or unavailable internet at the venue, Beamclicks’ sole obligation is refund of the A.I. add-on fee ($175). No other refunds or claims apply. 6. Limitation of Liability Beamclicks’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by Client. Beamclicks is not responsible for power outages, internet failures, weather, venue issues, or events beyond its control. 7. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by California law. Any disputes shall be resolved in San Bernardino County, California. Acceptance of Terms Payment of any amount to Beamclicks Photo Booth Co. confirms Client’s full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and creates a binding agreement governing all services provided.
